St. Swithin’s Day Minitheme

July 15 is a decisive day in the United Kingdom. It is St. Swithin's Day and it will be the moment when the weather for the next 40 days will be known. If it is raining, it will rain for 40 days, if it is sunny, it will be sunny for the next 40 days and if it is 43 ºC like in the south of Spain in summer (who knows, the weather is crazy), it will be the temperature for 40 days. However, this is still a prophecy typical of the folklore of this country and initiated by San Swithin. Whether you believe it or not is up to you. What we offer you for both possibilities is this template with a minitheme structure (to get straight to the point) to talk about this characteristic celebration. We've included hand-drawn style umbrellas, because, we don't want to take things for granted, but it's usually the weather in the UK... Let's hope it doesn't rain on St. Swithin's though...
