Japanese Constitution Memorial Day

The Japanese celebrate Constitution Memorial Day on May 3 to celebrate their constitution, which came into effect in 1947 and hasn't been amended ever since. It's a holiday part of the Golden Week, so you can use this template to talk about both concepts at the same time if necessary.
