Herbal Tea Blending Workshop

Red tea, green tea, white tea, dark tea... There is a wide variety of teas whose main component is herbs. They have a lot of health benefits (seriously, drink tea), such as strengthening the immune system or even preventing cavities and other diseases of the teeth. But things can get even better. You can make blends of these herbal teas, to get different flavors or specific benefits.
